Truly Special

Day 145

Today I am yet again a champion. This time I am the champion of Gin. I was told that if one drink Gin and only Gin (instead of the rainbow flurry of drinks I usually do) then I would with out a doubt cry. 'Challenge accepted' I cried!(pun intended) And last night I got a rather spinning buzz off some Gin. Not a single tear. Not even the beginnings of any. I was more upset earlier that day when six people were talking at once. BUT that is only half of the victory. Two people drank as much as I did (if not a little more than me) and both of those people ended up throwing up. Stellar sound effects all night let me tell you. There is nothing quite like cleaning up some one else's puke at 5am to make you really appreciate how awesome not puking or feeling sick really is. So at 8am when my alarm went off for me to get up go to work I felt fantastic. I am actually not exaggerating. I felt better in that moment than after a nice 10 hours of sleep. Champion of Gin title or no I do not want Gin again very soon as it's not very nice... Maybe now I can conquer Vodka in a new way.

just in a post script kind of way OMFG WHY YOU BASTARD EYELIDS STOP ITCHING!!

Those "people"

Christa Miller As Ellie off Cougar town plays a very mean but lovable one of those people. She has found a way to balance her those "people" ways and therefore we can still be her friend. But everyone has one "friend" who is one of those "people". The kind of person who doesn't listen when you talk and tries to talk as much as they can about themselves. Whom you'll tell your best/worst secrets to and they will have forgotten everything by the next day. Those people are the thorn in my paw at the moment. I am unfortunate enough to be friends with two of them at the moment and it drives me mental. It is, though I must admit, rather funny because you see they are "friends" with each other. Neither of them remember anything the other says. They always forget when they're getting together. In a way it kind cancels each other out. But sometimes every now and again a tiny piece of information will slip through their me!me!me! filter and one will remember that they're meeting and consequently be stood up and then they'll have a battle of bullshit when they try to argue and get as much of the sound of their own voices into the "conversation".

So they are annoying to try and be friends with but very funny to turn against others of their kind. The only reason I'm still friends with these "people" is because they're secretly lovely, well sometimes...
