Today I went to a wedding. It was the first wedding that I have been even tempted to cry at (excluding mine.

Also today my haircut seems to make a considerable amount of older males think that if they point their finger guns at me, wink and mumble "ayyyeaaeayy?" I will be impressed. And yes it is the hair cut. They never used to do this. No its not a compliment. Ayyyeaaeayy roughly translated into English is "you look like a dirty whore pickle".

Today at 12.51pm there was an earthquake in Christchurch. It sounds terrible. I stopped watching the news feed as I had 3 hours of work left and didn't want to cry. I drew this instead. The song lyrics in the background is "The Scientist" by Coldplay. Ever since I heard the news I couldn't get this song out of my head.

I am still sun burnt. It is still like fire. I watched TV till my eyes bled [got really sore] today. It was awesome. American Idol, while being rather amusing at times, mostly makes me want punch some one. Usually the contestant. In the kidney. Don't cry. You're dreams were never going to come true. You should have realized this long ago. You sound like a raccoon on heat or a pickle farting on a snare drum.

Today was also Valentines Day. I remembered when I got a text from Bex at early in morning o'clock. I cooked [it's a miracle] Matt dinner. Which equates to me asking him endless questions.
How do I turn on the oven? [I figured this one out myself]
How do I turn on the stove?
Where is the potato peeler?
Where is the potato masher?
Where are the chopping boards?
How do I know when the oven is hot enough?
and the list went on.. You can tell I don't cook often [ever]

BUT I can cook good so that is all that matters.

Pumpkin Hill

Day 43

Pumpkin Hill is a place just outside of Tairua. It has the best beach ever for boogie boarding. I caught the best waves I have ever caught there. But I now have an untan strap on my wrist from the boogie board strap thingy attachedness.

Doodle like it's Thor's day

Day 042

I drew most of this last year but I happened to be in the branch with this view again today and there was a lantern for the Chinese new year so I decided to revamp it. I started doing doodle like it's Thursday back in 09 I think and the idea was that I'd fill a page with doodles big and small but never on Thursdays. It was just a time passer mostly done on the train. I didn't do too many but this one was my favorite so I wanted to work it into my year of doodles. Technically this doodle is of lantern. The surroundings just happen to be there. Also if you recognize this place the construction fences aren't there anymore so it's two different times in one place mixing together.

I am leaving for the Coromandel again tonight so I will update when I get back.

UNRELATED NOTE! I have decided that if I ever get pregnant I want a shirt that says:

So it was 12.01am and I was bored. So I stuck New World stickers all over my hand.

I had just seen Becky's pic on her stickers and there were some next to me so obviously =)

So I burst through my protective glove. I must say it was rather fun.

Lady on the train yesterday had a tattoo on her arm of what I'm guessing was the silhouette of batman in a door way that looked Japanese and there was a clock. It was awesome. Here is my vague drawing of it. I hope this appeases the galactic doodle over lords.

Last Minute Panic

Day 38

At 11.49pm I panic and as I pull my book out of my bag I see the glorious free red bull that made my entire day absolutely wonderful. Except now I've been moving too fast or I got up too fast or stomach just plain hates me because it hurts a lot.

All I have been able to think about today is the epic dream I had last night. Singstar treachery, underwater worlds, aliens and then the end of my dream was me at age 11 deciding between nachos or wedges and dragging it out for some ridiculous amount of time and everyone getting very ticked off. My dreams have been incredible adventures lately but they always end really mundanely. Recently one of my dreams ended with me standing in line at Mc Donalds for an hour.

Today hasn't been the best for some people and I hope Panda and Geese made it better.

A guy made fun of my name today. He says "Keir. Keeeiiir. I care for you. Hah."
To which I reply. "Yes. That is how it's pronounced." He just grinned. As him and his friend leave I hear; "Take care hahahah"

I had lots of fun today watching Kathy try on wedding dresses. Not in a creepy way. I was outside the dressing room on the couch =)

I also had lots of fun watching movies and catching up with becku and izaku who are also doing doodle post. I challenged them to put me in their doodles tomorrow as I'm not in any so far. It'll be interesting to see what they come up with.
